S A Mahmudi (Sabbir) is a renowned cooperative leader and the founding architect behind Kingshuk, one of Bangladesh’s most impactful rural cooperatives. Since 1987, he has championed community-based development through his "Micro & Macro Concept"—a model now embedded in YESS Group’s operational philosophy. As Chairman, he has shaped projects such as the Dhollapar Shukh Community Village, Co-op Center, YESS Agro Industrial Park, and The Institute of Quran & Hadith, promoting shared ownership, rural employment, and inclusive enterprise. His lifelong mission remains clear: creating economic justice through cooperative entrepreneurship.

Managing Director, YESS Group

Major Kabir Ahmed Mahmudi (Retd.) brings 18 years of disciplined service in the Bangladesh Army and over 17 years of experience as a socially driven entrepreneur. As Managing Director, he has played a key role in founding and leading several signature ventures under YESS Group, including YESS Agro Resort, YESS Homes, YESS Golf Course, Rajendro Eco Reserve & Village, and the Naturopathy Center. His leadership is defined by a clear vision: combining discipline, dignity, and opportunity to create people-centric, community-owned models that address housing, health, tourism, and agriculture across Bangladesh.
